Jack Nicholson The Shining Snow

Use Jack Nicholson The Shining Snow when someone gives a strong visual reaction to unexpected news.

What it expresses

Surprise made visible: the frozen face outside after being decisively shut out represents a moment where someone gives a strong visual reaction to unexpected news.

Example

For example, the supposedly canceled meeting reappears at seven tomorrow morning; the visual analogy is the frozen face outside after being decisively shut out, signaling that someone gives a strong visual reaction to unexpected news.

When not to use it

Avoid when the result was fully expected; the frozen face outside after being decisively shut out would incorrectly signal that someone gives a strong visual reaction to unexpected news.
