Old man yells at cloud

Use Old man yells at cloud when someone rages at a change that cannot be controlled or reversed.

What it expresses

Futile complaint: the lone old man directing powerless anger at the sky represents a moment where someone rages at a change that cannot be controlled or reversed.

Example

For example, someone spends the meeting demanding the old internet back; the visual analogy is the lone old man directing powerless anger at the sky, signaling that someone rages at a change that cannot be controlled or reversed.

When not to use it

Avoid when the complaint can produce a practical fix; the lone old man directing powerless anger at the sky would incorrectly signal that someone rages at a change that cannot be controlled or reversed.
