MEME REFERENCE

speed screaming

Use as an exaggerated reaction to startling, infuriating, or overwhelmingly exciting news.

What it expresses: A sudden stimulus produces an explosive emotional outburst far beyond a restrained response.
Example: Your friend reveals that concert tickets sold out while you were checking out, and you answer with this scream reaction.
When not to use it: Someone shares mildly useful scheduling information; a maximal outburst would have no comic emotional scale.
