MEME REFERENCE

We are not the same

Use when two people seem similar but one has clear moral or strategic superiority

What it expresses: Two coworkers with identical resumes but one has a proven track record of success
Example: A senior developer and a junior developer both claim to be the best at coding
When not to use it: Avoid when comparing people based on similar skills without considering their actual achievements
