MEME REFERENCE

Lean forward in your chair

Use when casual attention suddenly becomes serious interest because the stakes or quality just increased.

What it expresses: A relaxed observer shifts into focused engagement at a decisive moment.
Example: A routine demo reveals a feature your team desperately needs, and you post that you are leaning forward now.
When not to use it: You have been intensely involved from the beginning; there is no change from passive viewing to focus.
