MEME REFERENCE

Call an ambulance but not for me

Use when someone claims help but actually controls the situation

What it expresses

The apparent victim reveals control and redirects the threat back to the aggressor

A friend texts 'Call an ambulance' after a fight, then demands the other person fix their phone

When not to use it

Avoid when someone genuinely needs help but lacks the means to access it

• control
• threat reversal
