Epic Handshake Three Way

Use when three otherwise separate parties discover one shared belief, behavior, enemy, or interest.

What it expresses

A three-way agreement links distinct groups through a common denominator.

Example

Design, engineering, and support all want fewer last-minute launches, so each arm is labeled with a department.

When not to use it

Only two sides agree while the third explicitly objects; including all three in the handshake would erase the disagreement.

• three-way handshake
• common ground
• shared interest
• agreement
