Use to present, reveal, or point out something with theatrical pride, as if saying 'look at this.'

What it expresses

A reveal gains humor from an extravagant presenter gesture aimed at an ordinary result.

Example

After reorganizing one shelf, your roommate unveils it to the household group chat with this flourish.

When not to use it

You discreetly tell a colleague about a private medical issue; a showy presentation would violate the tone and privacy.
