# Since When Were You Under The Impression — Meme Lab

Use Since When Were You Under The Impression when someone insists they've always known something but you suspect a recent change.

- What it expresses: A person claiming persistent knowledge versus a reality that has shifted.
- Example: For example, when a friend says they've always known you're allergic to peanuts but you just found out.
- When not to use it: Avoid when someone genuinely has been aware of a long-standing issue without recent change.
