# George Washington — Meme Lab

Use George Washington when here collides with social contrast, and that mismatch becomes the point of the conversation.

- What it expresses: George Washington frames here against social contrast, turning the contrast into a concise social reaction.
- Example: For example, send George Washington when a conversation moves from here to social contrast and everyone notices the mismatch.
- When not to use it: Avoid George Washington when the situation lacks both here and social contrast; the image would suggest the wrong relationship.
