Use when control or authority abruptly shifts to a new person or group.

- What it expresses: Power transfer: the formerly subordinate actor claims command.
- Example: After the incident lead steps away, the on-call engineer takes command of the response.
- When not to use it: Avoid when authority has not actually changed or the joke depends on the film reference.
