Use Blinking guy when nervous collides with blinking, and that mismatch becomes the point of the conversation.

- What it expresses: The tension between a person's deliberate blinking and their attempt to hide discomfort.
- Example: For example, when a student is anxious about a presentation.
- When not to use it: Avoid when depicting someone who is simply blinking without nervous context.
