# I Was Acting — Meme Lab

Use I Was Acting when someone's pretending to be someone else.

- What it expresses: I Was Acting frames pretending against roleplay, turning the contrast into a concise social reaction.
- Example: For example, when a person is roleplaying in a game.
- When not to use it: Avoid I Was Acting when the situation lacks both pretending and roleplay; the image would suggest the wrong relationship.
