Use Hand on shoulder guy when someone offers or asks for intense support, loyalty, or reassurance.

- What it expresses: Support and devotion: the solemn hand placed on someone’s shoulder before difficult news represents a moment where someone offers or asks for intense support, loyalty, or reassurance.
- Example: For example, a teammate volunteers to take the difficult on-call shift for a friend; the visual analogy is the solemn hand placed on someone’s shoulder before difficult news, signaling that someone offers or asks for intense support, loyalty, or reassurance.
- When not to use it: Avoid when the action is casual or self-serving; the solemn hand placed on someone’s shoulder before difficult news would incorrectly signal that someone offers or asks for intense support, loyalty, or reassurance.
