# You recieve I recieve — Meme Lab

Use when laying out a two-sided exchange where each party gets a specific benefit

- What it expresses: Laying out a two-sided exchange where each party gets a specific benefit
- Example: Propose: 'You receive my meeting notes; I receive your test data' using each side of the trade.
- When not to use it: One person gives everything while the other offers nothing; that is exploitation, not a two-benefit exchange.
