# Trust Nobody, Not Even Yourself — Meme Lab

Use when self-sabotage proves even your own judgment is unreliable

- What it expresses: A person's actions contradict their own expectations and beliefs
- Example: You hide snacks from yourself and later discover you already ate them, so you post this about your unreliable past self.
- When not to use it: You follow a well-tested personal routine and it works again; successful self-trust is not the joke.
